Bio "Lara never does anything as expected - it is always over and above." (Broker Agent June 2006) This describes Lara Hutchins to a tee. She formerly owned multiple businesses which included a construction company, hair salon, and an interior design company. She also owns various rental properties. It is obvious that real estate is her passion. With her vast business experience, dedication and total commitment to the buyer/seller, it is apparant how she is able to stage our homes to sell faster and for more than our competition.
Her vision is to help people make good decisions and she considers it an honor when her team is chosen to represent a buyer/seller in the largest decision and investment they will have to make in their life. She's a true believer that it's not about the money, but if you do the right thing in the best interest of your client, then the money will come.
With her 12 years of construction knowledge, she is able to notice quality construction as well as scaring the home inspectors!! They better know what they're doing when Lara is around!! It has been said that when a home inspector is present and knows the buyer is represented by Lara's Team, they know it's going to be a long day..."If Lara gets in the crawl space & attic, we have to do it too!!"
Lara believes in continuing to grow and learn. She attends multiple self-improvement classes as well as listening to multiple motivational speakers. She keeps visual reminders of success in a vision board that she sees on a daily basis. Her constant growth keeps her ahead of the pack and gives her an edge in working with her clients. Her team leadership is reflected in the exceptional traning she provides to her team - Lara's Team. She is also a trainer and consultant for other realtors across the country, especially regarding the concerns with the economic shift in our market.

Bio Terri is originally from Pittsburgh and moved to Columbus at age 12. She attended Northland High School and Columbus State Community College.
She received her real estate license in 2003. Terri loves to help people meet their dream homes and believes everyone needs a peaceful haven.
Terri understands that a home is the foundation of a family. Her extreme dedication to her family helps her to relate to the buyer's and seller's requirements for their "perfect home". She's devoted to providing what each family member needs, wants, and desires.
Terri and her husband, Drew, have three children. Sarah attends Tree of Life Christian School, Charlie attends Gahanna Christian Academy, and her oldest, Meghan, is a pre-med student at Arizona State. Drew has been in the Columbus Fire Department for 12 years and is currently at the Little Turtle Fire Station. |

Bio Donna has been a contributing member of the real estate industry for over 25 years. She has a multitude of talents ranging as the operations manager of several small businesses and private companies, working with commercial development teams, a real estate investor, and as a real estate consultant. She is also the owner of Mimi Greer Designs, an interior decorating, remodeling, and home staging company. With her vast experience and knowledge, it is truly evident that she is an integral part of the team.
She is a former member of the WCR (Women's Council of Realtors), CBR, and OAR.

Bio Sue is originally from Youngstown, Ohio. She made her debut in Columbus in 1985 when she went to Columbus State Community College. She brings 25 years of sales training and experience to our team. She understands the dedication needed to execute a seamless home selling/buying transaction from start to finish in the most positive and motivational way.
Sue is responsible for handling day-to-day office operations and our life line to coordinating the buy/sell transactions, including short sales. She works directly with the clients to ensure they are supported through the entire process. Her experience with her own rental properties helps to give an inside view to new and seasoned investors. The painstaking scrutiny that she gives each transaction and the thoughtfulness she provides to each party involed reflects her commitment to excellence and her management skills. She is a true leader and foundation to our industry.
She has three children (Nick 11 yrs old, and twins Nathan and Luke 8 yrs old) and resides in Gahanna, Ohio. |

Bio Brittany is originally from Shelbyville, Indiana and moved to Columbus, Ohio with her family.
She is the Administrative Assistant to Lara and is the gateway to the buyers/sellers. One of her main responsibilities is to implement your specific marketing plan which includes quality brochures, flyers, post cards, and any printed materials. She will also keep you updated on the ever fluctuating home market conditions. In addition, she communicates regularly with lenders, title agencies, appraisal companies, and other agents to ensure a stream-lined buying/selling experience.
